How do I book Maxmark Studio?
Open the Book the Studio page, choose your service, preferred date and time, and complete the booking form. You will receive a booking reference and direct bank-transfer instructions.
Is payment made online?
No. Payments are made directly into the official Maxmark Studio bank account. After payment, use the Confirm Bank Transfer page so the studio can verify the transaction.
When is my booking confirmed?
A submitted form reserves a request, not a confirmed session. Your booking becomes confirmed after the required payment is verified and the studio approves the date and production requirements.
How many people can use the studio?
Maxmark Studio is a selective boutique space. The comfortable maximum is eight people unless a particular production arrangement is agreed in advance.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes, subject to availability and the notice requirements in the Studio Policies. Contact the studio as early as possible and quote your booking reference.
What should I bring to my session?
Bring your instruments, personal accessories, prepared material, reference tracks and any files requested during pre-production. Confirm special equipment requirements before the session.
Do you provide engineers and video crew?
Specialist sound engineers, camera operators and production partners are assigned according to the service and project scope. Confirm your required crew during booking.
Can people watch a broadcast directly on the website?
Yes. When a programme is live, the Watch Live page displays the studio broadcast. Upcoming sessions and offline information are shown on the same page.
How are recordings delivered?
Delivery format, editing, revisions, storage and timeline depend on the selected service or written quotation. These details are agreed before production begins.
Can I request a custom project?
Yes. Contact the studio for productions that combine rehearsal, recording, live capture, streaming, artist support or branded content.
